• All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment verification.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

Our delivery timelines depend on your location:

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2–4 business days
• Rest of South India: 3–5 business days
• Other Indian States: 5–7 business days
• Remote or rural areas: Up to 8 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

• We offer free or discounted shipping on selected orders and combo packs as mentioned on the product page.
• For other orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and total weight.

4. Packaging and Quality Assurance

Every product from KadalaiKrunch is:

• Packed with air-tight, food-grade materials to retain freshness.
• Labeled clearly with manufacturing and expiry dates.
• Dispatched only after passing our quality and hygiene checks.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

You can use this ID to track your shipment directly through our courier partner’s website or by contacting us for updates.

While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen factors like courier delays, strikes, or weather may occasionally affect timelines.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time frame, please reach out to us — we’ll help track and resolve it quickly.

7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

If an incorrect address or contact number leads to a failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
