Refund and Returns Policy

We take great care in preparing and delivering our products to ensure you enjoy the freshest and most authentic taste of Kovilpatti’s traditional sweets.

Since our items are food products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions described below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or replacements only if:

• You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging at the time of return.
• You notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or partially used products
• Items damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
• Products returned without proper proof of issue (photo/video)
• Custom combo packs or bulk orders prepared specifically on request

3. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

• Replacement orders will be delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• For COD orders, we may request your bank details (account number and IFSC code) for refund processing.

Please note:

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment gateway.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled only before dispatch.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please share:

• Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
• Your order number and date of purchase

After verification, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.
